Are you a community organization or nonprofit planning a meeting or special event? Would you like it recorded for broadcast or on-demand viewing? As your community media center, it’s important to us that we capture these moments for our community members to enjoy.
If you’re planning an event and want it covered, please contact us as soon as you can*, with all of the details, so that we can be as prepared as possible. The more time we have to plan and prepare the better the quality of services will be.
Please email production@easthamptonmedia.org with the following information, so that we may provide the best possible solution for covering your event.
- Date/Time
- Your organization’s name and contact person
- Nature of the event (meeting, presentation,etc)
- Approximate Duration
- Location
- Contact information for organizers and presenters
- Contact information for other production teams that will be on-site (audio, lighting, etc.)
- Additional needs (audio, lighting,etc.)
*We require at least two week’s notice in order to be able to plan and staff field shoots properly.
