Please provide us with the following:
- Date/Time
- Your organization’s name and contact person
- Nature of the event (meeting, presentation, etc.)
- Approximate Duration
- Location
- Contact information for organizers and presenters
- Contact information for other production teams that will be on-site (audio, lighting, etc.)
- Additional needs (audio, lighting, etc.)
*We require at least two week’s notice in order to be able to plan and staff field shoots properly.
